PM Harper Introduced to EIC

The Right Honourable Stephen Harper was in London for an announcement last week. Jack Baribeau, CEO of the Elgin Innovation Centre in Aylmer, Ontario was able to have a brief chat with the Prime Minister.

The PM was intrigued by Baribeau’s Cole’s notes of the development and growth of the EIC and said he looked forward to the next update. The Elgin Innovation Centre has been a part of creating more than 175 jobs in Alymer with a forecasted increase in 2015.

Already, the EIC is home to more than 15 businesses including Xcel Fabrication, Raw for Pets, WeedMD, and Mobelhaus.
